Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen grabbed his 14th league goal on Monday as Sporting Charleroi claimed a 4-0 win against Beerschot Wilrijk in the last match of game week five of Group A playoffs II of the Belgian First Division A.
The 18th minutes strike is Osimhen 15th goal of the season in all competitions.
The 20-year-old has averaged 0.5 goals per game this season, having registered 15 goals from 30 appearances, an impressive goal return considering the fact he was yet to score his first senior goal as at September 21, 2018.
With 14 league goals, Osimhen is now the joint-highest scoring Nigerian player in the whole of Europe, level on 14 goals with FC Midtjylland’s Paul Onuachu.
