Brigadier-General Shuaibu Ibrahim, the newly appointed Director-General of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has started work as its 8th DG.
Shuaibu Ibrahim received the mantle of leadership from the outgoing NYSC boss, Major-General Suleiman Kazaure while unveiling his five-point agenda to improve the scheme.
Top of his agenda is exploring the potential of the corps members and continuing pursuit of technologically-driven organisation.
The new NYSC DG served in various military postings around the country, attended a series of courses since he was commissioned into the army. He is also a member of various professional organisations including the Historical Society of Nigeria.
