The PDP hailed the judgment of the Appeal Court ruling of its gubernatorial candidate for Osun state, Ademola Adeleke, as being qualified to contest the election constitutionally.
The National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan described the judgment as a triumph of justice and will of the good people of Osun over oppressive forces.
Moreover, the Appeal Court ruled that the FCT High Court lacked powers to entertain the matter, since the issues related to what transpired in Osun.
Ologbondiyan commended the Justices of the Appeal Court for restoring the confidence reposed on the judiciary as the last hope of the citizens.
