After a long drought of no goals, Nigeria international player, Kelechi Iheanacho has finally broken the jinx.
Iheanacho played 28 games without conceiving a single goal in what could pass as his longest goal-drought period. However, during the league cup on Tuesday night, the striker entered the game as substitute in the 71st minute and marked his presence when he chipped goalkeeper James Shea and struck a goal.
Iheanacho finally sealed the victory for Leicester city in their 4-0 demolition of Lutton Town in the third round game of the league cup popularly called Carabao cup.
