The President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Paul Usoro has refused to appear in front of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over an alleged N1.4 Billion fraud charge leveled against him.
Usoro appeared in court on Monday Morning and insisted that the anti-graft agency must serve him the charges in court.
