The leadership of the National Assembly has dragged striking parliamentarian staff to court over the purported plan to shutdown the federal parliament.
NASS leadership is seeking the order of the court to restrain PASAN members from proceeding on strike pending the determination of the motion on notice before it.
Meanwhile, the court has ruled that the parliamentarian staff should refrain from proceeding with the strike action pending the determination of the suit.
