The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Uche Secondus, has said President Muhammadu Buhari is not in charge of the nation’s affairs as the country is collapsing under his watch.
He stated that the high level of insecurity led to the assassination of former Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh.
