Minister of State for Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, has purchased the N100 million All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Nomination and Expression of Interest forms.
Nwajiuba obtained both forms on Wednesday after a group of Nigerians allegedly contributed money to raise the N100million fees for him.
This is coming at a time the APC has mandated all Ministers seeking elective offices in 2023 to resign from their current positions before the APC primary election scheduled for May 30 to June 1, 2022.
This is in adherence to the provisions of article 84(12) of the recently signed Electoral Act 2022.
Other Ministers on the list are Rotimi Amaechi (Transport), Chris Ngige (Labour & Employment), as well as Governors and Senators.
