Police have moved the Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye to its Special Anti-Robbery Squad department at Guzape Abuja.
An Aide to the Senator confirmed this to Rootstv in a telephonic interview.
The Senator passed the night at the compound of the DSS Medical Centre Abuja following his evacuation from the police hospital on Friday.
Police have accused the senator of culpable homicide.
