The suspension of Imo State governor, Rochas Okorocha by a factional chairman of the APC in the State is null and void, according to another factional chairman of the party, Dan Nwafor.
Okorocha, who is the Chairman of Progressives Governors Forum is also contesting for a senatorial seat but has refused to support the candidate of the APC in the State, Hope Uzordinma.
Nwafor declared that as a duly sworn in Chairman of the party in the State, no other person has the authority to suspend the governor.
