Court has granted an order stopping President Muhammadu Buhari and the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami from removing the CJN from office, pending the hearing and determination of the suit filed by Action Peoples Party.
The court adjourned the hearing to 29th of January just as it asked the parties to maintain the status quo.
The CJN is being accused of non-declaration of asset as expected of every public office holder.
