Telecommunications giant MTN Nigeria has opened up discussions following the shutdown of its service in Kogi State by the State Government.
The Telecommunication company says it has opened talks with the Kogi State Internal Revenue Service saying it had met in full all its tax obligations to the Kogi state government and are not in arrears.
MTN, however, apologized for the outage and stated it was in discussions with the state government.
