The Federal Government has pledged its focus on creating a conducive environment for healthcare professionals to thrive, innovate, and make a lasting impact, according to the Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare, Tunji Alausa. Alausa made this known at a meeting with the Association of Nigerian Physicians in the Americas (ANPA) in California, where he disclosed that Nigeria would host the ANPA conference in 2025.
Representing President Bola Tinubu, Alausa stated that the government is determined to bring transformative changes to the health sector, recognizing the invaluable role of diaspora professionals.
Alausa commended ANPA for elevating healthcare standards and stated that hosting the ANPA conference in 2025 symbolizes the government’s commitment to fostering global partnerships, embracing innovation, and creating an environment where Nigerian professionals can thrive both at home and abroad.
