At the previous court session, only Nuraini Jimoh (SAN) represented the sixth respondent, Lamash Properties Limited, while the other respondents, including Ganduje, were not represented. Justice Amina Adamu Aliyu has scheduled the hearing for July 11. The charges against the respondents are serious, with allegations of bribery, diversion, and misappropriation of funds amounting to billions of naira.
