VIDEO: INEC Chairman Donning an APC Cap?
Controversies besets the cap donned by the National Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Mahmoud Yakubu.
The cap, won by the INEC Chairman in the picture apparently had the broom symbol (the insignia of the APC) on it and many have linked this to him purportedly doing the APC’s bidding ahead of the elections.
Replica pictures of President Muhammadu Buhari and other APC leaders donning the same cap were also seen online.
Some people in some quarters actually defended the INEC Boss saying the cap he donned was not that of the APC but a common cap worn by an average northerner with no party affiliations.
