President Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha were amongst the early voters who turned up at polling unit 003 Kofar Baru III, Gidan Niyam, Daura, Katsina State to exercise their franchise as Nigerians go to the polls today to elect their state governors and house of assembly members.
As was witnessed in the last presidential election held a fortnight ago, President Buhari along with his wife Aisha arrived the polling unit at about 8.00a.m, and were quickly accredited and handed ballot papers to vote by the electoral officers.
The couple voted at 8.08 am and had since departed.
