Popular financial analyst and Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Derivatives Company- Bismarck Rewane- has announced his retirement from the board of the FCMB Group Plc.
Rewane disclosed this in a correspondence he sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange earlier in the week. The banking group acknowledged that the director was no longer a part of the financial institution and wished him well in his future endeavors.
Appointed as a Non-Executive Director at FCMB (UK) LTD- a subsidiary of the FCMB Group Plc, Rewane who has over 40 years cognate experience in the financial services sector has been an integral part of the bank’s growth and expansion process.
