- Nigeria Human Health Resource Program: This program will conduct regular reviews of working conditions, particularly for health workers in rural and underserved areas, to improve job satisfaction and retain talent.
- Integration of Advanced Health Technologies: The policy emphasizes the adoption of digital health infrastructure, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and telehealth services, to create a more efficient and data-driven healthcare system.
