The Kano State Executive Council has approved the sum of N2,665,646,756.44 for multiple infrastructure and public service projects aimed at sustainable development and enhanced safety across the state. The approved budget includes renovations of the Kano State Library, the upgrading and relocation of the Golden Jubilee Monument, and road construction in Gwarzo Local Government Area.
Governor Abba Yusuf’s spokesman, Sanusi Dawakin, disclosed these initiatives, which are set to improve government operations and public services. The projects are part of the state government’s commitment to enhancing infrastructure and providing better amenities for the people of Kano.
