The Nigerian Air Force’s Air Component of Operation Hadin Kai has successfully destroyed a terrorists’ Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) factory located in Grazah, Mandara Hills, Borno State. This operation, conducted on August 2, was initiated following intelligence reports indicating that the factory had relocated from Gwoza to the Timbuktu Triangle and ultimately to Grazah.
The air strikes were a direct response to recent attacks on civilians involving IEDs and suicide bombers. In addition to the factory, two gun trucks were also confirmed destroyed during the operation. This successful strike underscores the ongoing efforts of the Nigerian Air Force to combat terrorism and enhance security in the region.
