Federal High Court Lagos has ordered the permanent forfeiture of 2.7 billion naira from former Chief of Air Staff, Adesola Amosu by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to the Federal Government.
The court has also ordered that N 190 million be recovered from former Nigeria Air Force (NAF) Director of Finance and Budget, Olugbenga Gbadebo. The judge further ordered the forfeiture of N101 million recovered from Solomon Enterprises, a company linked to Amosu
The court had, in 2018, ordered a temporary forfeiture of the monies to the Federal Government, following an ex parte application filed by the Commission.
