Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has won the senatorial election in Imo West Senatorial District.
In the result declared today at Orlu Local Government Area, Okorocha polled a total of 97762 votes to defeat the candidate of PDP, Jones Onyereri and that of APGA, Osita Izunaso.
The results reportedly sparked protests and jubilations at the premises of the INEC office.
