The Code of Conduct Tribunal has thrown out the no case submission made by the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen over his alleged non-declaration of assets.
The Chairman of the Tribunal, Danladi Umar insisted that defendant had confessed to an omission in the submitted documents saying that was enough to charge him.
He, therefore, ruled that the Chief Justice must defend the allegations levelled against him.
The case has been adjourned till Monday, April 1, 2019
