The founder and President of Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel) Bishop David Oyedepo has criticised INEC and security agencies for the irregularities that marred the conduct of the last presidential and national assembly elections.
Bishop Oyedepo shared his thoughts while delivering his Sunday homily at the church’s headquarters in Ota, Ogun state.
The popular faith preacher called for the introduction of digital tools into Nigeria’s electoral protocol to curtail the activities of thugs and hoodlums who subvert the will of the people each time elections are conducted in Nigeria.
He described as shameful, the body language of politicians who go on celebrating victory in a flawed electoral process.
He prayed for peace in Nigeria and warned those planning to employ thugs in the next round of elections to be mindful of incurring the wrath of God.
