President of Mapo Customary Court, Ademola Odunade held Shakirat Akande in contempt for refusing to obey the court order.
In 2015, the court dissolved the union between Muri and Shakirat as a result of her quarrelsome behaviour and ordered her to hand over the custody of the three children to her ex-husband.
Four years after, Muri forwarded a petition to court against the ex-wife, saying that she refused to give him the custody of the children.
