A Mpape Magistrate Court has granted a N2 million bail to Senator Ademola Adeleke after he arraigned in court on charges bordering on examination malpractice.
The Court also adjourned to June 24 for the prosecution to open its case.

Adeleke was first arraigned by the Federal Government in September 2018 on four counts bordering on examination malpractice, along with his brother, Sikiru Adeleke and three others.

Counsels to Senator Adeleke are objecting to him being tried at the magistrate court.
They argued that there are two motions filed at the federal high court and the Osun state high court which should be addressed before proceedings should be heard.
