Nigerian Army troops repelled coordinated attacks by Boko Haram in Moloi Village, Maiduguri.
The Brigadier General, Bulama Biu, General Officer commanding 7 Division said that his gallant soldiers repelled the terrorist’s attempt to infiltrate the Moloi community.
Though the Jihadists fired shots in an attempt to infiltrate the community causing villagers to flee, the General said that his troops engaged and repelled the insurgents.
Contrary to the report that Boko Haram has rounded up the community, Bulama Biu said disgruntled elements may have been peddling misleading information that Maiduguri was under attack.
