The Internally Displaced Persons from Doro Baga in Kukawa Local Government have staged a protest over short supply of food in their Gubio Camp in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Roootstv Nigeria Correspondent in Maiduguri reports that the Protesters, in the early hours of the day blocked the only entrance leading to the State Capital from Northern Borno in an attempt to get into the city centre for demonstration.
They told reporters that they have not been provided food for the past six months.
It would be recalled that in 2018, the IDPs also staged a similar protest to complain about food shortage.
