The raging controversies surrounding the rape allegation between Busola Dakolo and the Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo will be heard in court on 23rd of September, 2019, court documents have shown.
In a court summon filed through her lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi, Busola Dakolo demanded the sum of N10 million and an open apology on the front pages of two National Newspapers from the Senior Pastor over the alleged rape.
She insisted that the apology should also appear on two national television stations for seven days running consecutively.
The Police had on the 27th of August, 2019 interrogated the COZA Pastor over the rape allegation leveled against him by Busola Dakolo.
The pastor had also shunned a panel set up by the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria to investigate the rape allegations, stating that he was advised by his lawyers not to appear before the panel because it was “prejudiced and may not conduct an impartial session”.
Some Twitter users following the summon, however, charged the wife of the popular singer to let go of the matter while some defended her action saying justice should be served.

Since she came out with her allegations Busola Dakolo has backed her words with actions. She's gone to the police to file a complaint. She's gone to court to file a law suit.

Those tweeting they are tired of Busola Dakolo & Biodun Fatoyinbo's case have problems.
How long do you think Bill Cosby's case lasted before judgement?????
During this period, not for once did I see the Americans tweet "I'm tired of Cosby's case".

Busola Dakolo wants Biodun Fatoyinbo to appologize openly (too much sense) if he does, then he will be convicted from there.. Nice wisdom.
Some mumu will only see the 10 million naira (cost of action) you wont look deep into the context. #istandagainstrape— ADEBISI KENNY (@ninosnazzy) September 9, 2019
